Shipping & Returns
UK Standard Delivery
All orders within the UK (including Northern Ireland) £45 or over are eligible for free standard delivery. UK orders below £45 are charged £4.99 for delivery.
We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 working days and each order is shipped on a next day DPD service. Please note our dispatch times do sometimes increase during busy periods. Standard delivery orders are sent via DPD recorded delivery service and a signature will be required to confirm the receipt of your order.
We can deliver your parcel any where in the world. International delivery rates are calculated per weight and shipping costs are provided at the checkout along with the estimated transit times.
For European destinations we use DPD’s recorded delivery service, for international shipments we use a variety of couriers and a signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order.
Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted must be returned within 30 days of receipt. This applies online only. Purchases made online or in store via one of our re-sellers cannot be returned directly to us - you must contact the company you placed the order with to arrange.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us first, either by email on email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)1592 654 222 (Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday from 8.00am – 4.00pm), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance). If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable. Please return the item together with your reason for return and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.
