These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and Selbrae House Ltd, trading as The Just Slate Company.
All products sold by Selbrae House Ltd are sold under the brand name The Just Slate Company.
Selbrae House Ltd is registered in Scotland, company no. 309999, VAT No. GB 892 932 383. Our registered office is Selbrae House, Unit 10, Muirhead, Midfield Road, Mitchelston Industrial Estate, Kirkcaldy, Fife KY1 3PS, Scotland.
1. Contract of Sale
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase The Just Slate Company products, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with the details of your order.
The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
The ownership remains with Selbrae House Ltd until the complete payment of the order has been made.
2. Prices & Availability
All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery charges which are added to your order at checkout.
All displayed products are subject to availability - we do display real time stock information on our website, however we also take orders offline and so we cannot always guarantee availability of items.
3. Delivery Charges
Orders will be subject to usual VAT charges (for customers within the UK and those within the EU who are not VAT registered).
Mainland UK delivery
Delivery cost is £4.99 for orders under £45 within UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We offer FREE delivery within UK mainland for orders that are £45 or over.

4. Payment Terms
Full payment must be received for your order before it is dispatched. While every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries.

6. Display on the Website
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
All products are sold as one piece and the price displayed is for one unit, unless otherwise stated in the product name that the product is a set and contains multiple pieces.
